Since upgrading the paid version yesterday we now get a 500 errors on the areas of the site that uses SectionEx. The free SectionEx extension for JoomSef was working fine until we upgraded yesterday.

We now know that once we cleared the sef urls and cache, is when it started.

What would be the answer or solution?

So is it 404 Page not found or 500 Internal server error? (there is no 500 Not found error)
Or is 500 count of errors???

I believe it should not be 500, as that usually make the whole site inaccessible.
If it is 404, then simply check, whether the URL you are trying to access exists in the database. If not, then check what URLs DO EXIST there for SectionEx component.
