Hello,

JoomSEF does not generate description or keywords automatically. Also that is not recommended optimization practice in most cases.
Keywords and description are taken from what you enter as metadata for an article.

Alternatvelly, for URL which are not based on article, you can specify those directly in JoomSEF URL editor/viewer.
