Hello,

I am a registered, licensed subscriber of your excellent component. I had to re-install 3.2.9 as per your instructions due to a problem with the upgrade package to 3.2.9. I logged in to Artio site and downloaded 3.2.9. Only now, I get the Artio links. I have downgraded to my purchased version of 3.2, but now I cannot upgrade directly from the site as I think I am too many versions behind (3.2.0)

Please assist.

Hello,

how did you redownload the component? Did you use the download ID from email or did you do it via our e-shop?
If you downloaded the version from Downloads section at our site, you got the wrong (free) version. You will need to use one of the ways mentioned above.
