Hi, I'll be glad to post a question with my order ID, since the customer I work with bought and installed joomsef on the site I'm maintaining. However I'm not able to reach the person who placed the order.
Is there any way of finding the ID from the installation?

There is no way to recover the order ID from the JoomSEF installation. In order to find the order ID, you need to have the login access to our e-shop, where you can see all the orders placed in the Account Maintenance section. If you can't log in as a user who placed the order, it could be probably possible for us to find the order ID using only the username.
