please, belive me we try to do our best to help and support our customers. However, there is sometimes too many requests and our capacities are limited. I think that our response time - compared to prices - is not really something you can complain about.
I do not want to start some flame-wars here, so just a short reply.
1) we do not say it is not allowed; neither we say, it is allowed; we will gladly do it for you if we see you have moved your website; but I am a bit dissapointed when someone complains about service that is provided to him from goodwill
2) ok, the first wrong change was our fault; anyway, we have fixed that immediatelly
3) there has been no such change between 3.4.x and 3.5.x that could be related to problem you described in your original post, sorry; I think the reason it started to work now is somewhere else then just JoomSEF update
4) ad links at your site -- have you entered your Download ID in configuration correctly? (check it and then go to upgrade page and "Upgrade to paid version from ARTIO Server"; please, refer to
