Hello, I have a strange problem.
In some cases if I write a number in the url that redirect to the corrispondent article.
Es: if I have an url like this www.mysite.it/section/category/article and if this work correctly, when I add a number like www.mysite.it/section/category/article/85 this redirect to the article with id 85.

In other sections the number don't made the redirect, but show in any case the article with id added in the url.
Es: www.mysite.it/section-bis/category-bis/article-bis/85 don't do a redirect, the url don't change, but the article shown is that with id 85

This cause problems with articles that have numbers in the title too.

Watching to the 301s and the SEF urls, everything seem to be right.

I do not quite understand the problem. Can you give a specific example?
Btw. why do you want to use numbers in the SEF URLs? JoomSEF is designed to create URLs that do not have to include the id number.

The example is that:
gived a working sefed url like this for an article with id.... 35
www.mysite.it/section/category/article
if someone invent to write a number like... 85 in the url
www.mysite.it/section/category/article/85
in some sections the site show the article with id 85 and don't change url, in others sections redirect to the article with id 85, but do everything by itself, without my intention. The url with this number is not in a list. I don't whant this behavior.
I'm using the urls for google news because a section of the site work like a magazine, but, in another section of the site, I change the urls removing the numbers because I prefer urls clear. Watching again the list of 301s and the list of SEF urls, everything seem to be right, there is not wrong redirects, url with strange numbers or duplicate urls, and there is not an url with the number associated to the article of the example.

try if this behaviour changes when you turn the Parse Joomla SEO links to no. (also Redirect the Joomla SEO links)

No really if you do not want this behaviour.
Simply JoomSEF does not "try" to understand invalid links and insted of forwarding, it will return 404 message.
