The JoomSEF-links seems to work well, but the links within the page are converted to the "SEF"-links. Any idea how to solve this?

I don't understand the problem - it is the purpose of JoomSEF to convert links to SEF.

EDIT: You probably meant that they are NOT converted to SEF. Open the JoomSEF's control panel and make sure that everything is enabled in the SEF Status panel on the right side of the page.

The "contact"-link is displayed correctly, the others not. Please also find a screenshot of the JoomSEF URL-Manager.

Go to Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF and open the parameters for the links component and make sure that Handling is set to JoomSEF handler on the Common tab.
Also make sure that there is no cached version of the page with the old non-SEF URLs and that the System - SEF plugin is enabled.

Please find enclosed a screenshot of the "Manage Extension"-page. I suppose everything is set correctly. The contact link is displayed correctly but all other links not....
