On our site the base Joomla links convert well as Artio always does, but the component links are not converting.

Is there something we need to do with the component displays to give the information to Artio to display the sef urls and meta information?

Could you please send us in the right direction?

Hello,

It seems that you are using your custom component com_prodideo. You will probably need to also create your custom JoomSEF extension for your component in order to have nice URLs. You can also set JoomSEF Basic Rewriting as a handler for your component using the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF, that way no extension is needed, but the URLs won't be so nice.
You can also purchase our support time at www.artio.net/e-shop/support-services and we can create the extension for your component for you. Based on the complexity of the component the extension development usually takes 3 to 6 hours.
