joomsef with com_FlexBanner is causing some problems :/

if you goto http://www.myUCIrvine.com at bottom right of page you see the advert square box..

When I set the extension settings of Handling to "Don't SEF" it displays an ad link as: www.myucirvine.com/index.php?option=com_...click&bannerid=1

When I set the extension settings of Handling to "Default Joomla! Router" it displays an ad link as: www.myucirvine.com/component/flexbanner/...click&bannerid=1

When I set the extension settings of Handling to "JoomSEF handler" or "JoomSEF basic rewriting" it displays an ad link as: www.myucirvine.com/flexbanner

How can I set it so that it is set to:
Preferably
www.myucirvine.com/?task=click&bannerid=1
or
www.myucirvine.com/(wordgoeshere)/?task=click&bannerid=1
