Same here, got the Paid version and the VirtueMart component. Never had that link on my pages before and now it's there. I am assuming this is a mistake as i don't expect this kind of "features" in the full-version.

Now i would like to know how to take this out.

upgrade does not work for me.

It is possible the download ID was not entered in your JoomSEF configuration?
If it is entered you may also click now "reinstall" link at upgrade page.

I have now tested upgrade from 3.4.2 (paid) to 3.5.0 and it worked just fine.

We did not update through the "upgrade from server" button, but from the upload file option. The download id has been entered and recognised, however the Joomla SEF notification appears on the pages...

in that case I am 100% positive you did not use the paid version installation package, but the free version installation package. Please note they are different and if you use free installation package, the links will appear regardless of the fact if download ID is entered and correct or not.

So, make sure to get the paid package and repeat the process. (or make sure the downlaod ID is correct and try the online upgrade - if you used the lates package - although free - you should see the upgrade from free to paid from artio server at JoomSEF upgrade page)
