I can not fix the error 404 in the SEF URL's

I displayed these SEF URL as 404, but not because it generates:
feed/rss.html
esquemas/alimentacion/feed/atom.html
feed/atom.html
plugins/editors/jce/tiny_mce/plugins/readmore/css/content_es.css
etc.

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand. So these URLs are generated by JoomSEF, but they display the 404 error when clicked?

Hello,
No, these URL's listed on page 404 Log. My articles do not have such URL's and not that compoent can generate these errors.

Can be bot spiders?
