I don't question how i download the file my question is

HOW I GET MY DOWNLOAD ID I RECOVERY MY PC AND I LOST MY EMAILS I DON'T HAVE MORE MY EMAIL WITH THE DOWNLOAD ID....

I WANT GET MY ID NUMBER AGAIN.
