did this happen after fresh install or after upgrade?
The easiest is to make sure to dowload paid version and force the upgrade.

Anyway I have checked the link now and I see no link there.

As regards the other pages not working, make sure you have .htaccess file in place. From the behaviour I would estimate that it is not present.

Thanks for the prompt response - I did receive a download link in an email from you guys. I followed the link and downloaded the software. It's not an upgrade, it is a normal install.

I did uninstall, downloaded again from the link you sent me and installed - again the same thing: here it is:

Please advise at your earliest ocnvenience or send me a software that is working because I am in a tough spot.

Also, please be advised that I had to dowload the product 5 times as it would not install - there were constantly errors, like the attached.

In that case I recommend you to:
1. go to JoomSEF upgrade page,
2. choose upgrade from file method
3. upgrade using the latest file downloaded from our web

I did and I got the following:

Unrecoverable error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10).

Listen, I paid for what seemed to be an easy install - what is going on?

1. I cannot seem to get the right files to install without an error
2. I cannot seem to get a file that doesn't have a link to your site ON EVERY PAGE!!!!!!!
3. I cannot seem to be able to see this thing at work
4. I wasted 5 hours!!!!! with no results and my client wants the website working tomorrow at 6 am.

Can you kindly email me the right file to install because it is very easy and painless.
