I`ve purchased V4 ... i added the Download ID and user/password ... But when i request upgrade i always get this error message:
"It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later."

When i tried to install the downloaded version, Joomla sayd that the installation package is missing XMl setup file.

what should i do?

And how can i enable all the disactivated parts in this component.

the V4 is still officialy beta and the online upgrade is not yet available (because there are no newer versions).
Anyway, you can proceed with the "manual" upgrade. Simply download the file at
www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area
using your Download ID and then use "Upgrade from file" function.

I have installed version 3.74
And purchased V4 ...

the upgrade from file telling me: "Unable to find install package."
hitting continue brings:
"It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later."

Can i give you direct access to my admin panel?

The V4 is not meant to be used as an upgrade. It is a beta version of our component to be used on Joomla 1.6. If you are using Joomla 1.6, you need to uninstall v3.7.4 and do the fresh install of v4.

I didnt know that. And i have already purchased V4 ....
This wasnt clear to me...

Can you please send me ID for version 3.74 instead of 4 ?

I will use it to obtain the full features and remove the copyright at bottom.

I feel that i`m ignored.
Can you please switch my subscription/purchase to the old version 3.74 instead of v4?

And no, i wont buy another licence for the old version.
