When trying to upgrade my JommSEF installation I get the following errors. I would put this down to server problems, but it is happening on two servers.

Correction, this is just happening on one server.

Obviously, this is caused by wrong file permissions on the files that need to be upgraded.
I guess the error message is quite clear, isn't it?
