We just paid for JoomSEF and now find the artio footer link on every page. There is no option to display the link or turn it off. We assumed once we upgraded from the free version and paid this would be removed. Not the case.

Also now we get Page not Found errors all over the site which we did not ever have before with JoomSEF.

We cannot find how to remove the artio footer link other than reinstall etc, and even then we are not sure that will work.

We paid because we feel this extension was worth it, now we are wondering...

This is urgent becaue it is a LIVE site.

Can someone help quickly please?

Hello,
there is no option to turn it on/off. It is driven by the fact if you have paid or free version installed.
So, it is possible, that you have received free version on update.
