It seems you need to have an order number in your post to get it answered (there are lots of much easier ways for the consumer to check if they are a paying customer or not). I never received an order ID, only a download id (and Im not sharing that).

I do not need help in that matter, only the one below.

I cannot install JoomSEF successfully on a Joomla installation. I have installed it before on the same server with no problems. On this joomla site, when I install it, it comes up with the same message the other one did, that it was able to successfully create the .htaccess file. On the new one, it will show up a 500 error everywhere on the site until I remove the .htaccess file. The only differences between the two joomla installations is that the one that dosent work is running 1.5.9 and is in the root directory /home/name/public_html and the one that does work is running 1.5.11 and is in a subdirectory /home/name/public_html/site

Most likely the .htaccess contains some rule, that is not allowed by the other server configuration. Or the usage of .htaccess is not allowed at all.

Im guessing you did not read my post. Its on the exact same server. I have used .htaccess files on both accounts as well with no problems before.

On a side note, since the support was looking pretty terrible, I have moved on to a different, much better, and free sef program.

Sorry, I did not notice it is the same server. However, that does not matter as each virtual host configuration on the same server may have completely different configuration.
Reasons for 500 are described both in FAQs and docs quite clearly.
