Joomsef url rewrite work ok but, with all field filled and setup :

.. No meta (at all!) is display on pages !??... Exept on the homepage (index.php)... :-/ ...

there can be plenty of reasons.

E.g. some other component/plugin is "overriding" the metas set by JoomSEF, or the JoomSEF metabot is not being initiated correctly - it may not be published or there might be some custom adjustment that prevents it from being launched.

So, first of all, I would start with checking JoomSEF Metabot - make sure it is published, ordered as first among system mambots (plugins) and that its settings are correct.
In case everything is okay, try to disable other, potentially conflicting system mambots.
If that does not help either, some test, that JoomSEF metabot is instantiated would be needed - but that already reuires adding some debugging code to source of the plugin.
