For your first question, go to Manage extensions page in JoomSEF administration, click the SOBI2 extension, and set the "Add contact ID to URL" option to "Yes".

I'm sorry, but your second request is not possible at the moment. We can implement this feature in next version of the SOBI2 extension, but I can't make any promise about when that will be.
