I have:
Version de PHP: 5.2.9
Version de Joomla!: Joomla! 1.5.18 Stable
Web server: Apache/2.2.11
Virtuemart: 1.1.3
JoomSEF: 3.6.5
JoomSEF Ext: 2.0.26

In the step 2 in checkout show me black page. Help me please.

Try enabling error reporting on your server and post the error reported.

You can enable error reporting in Joomla Global configuration, tab Server, box Server Settings. Set Error Reporting option to Maximum.
If there is still no error reporting visible on the site, try adding these lines to the beginning of your .htaccess file:
php_flag display_errors on 
php_value error_reporting 15

What you've posted is not the error reporting, but the debug report.
Also, does the Checkout work with JoomSEF disabled? You can also try upgrading your VirtueMart to 1.1.4.

I enabled full error reporting, but still not show anything in step 2 of the shopping cart. I made the change in .htaccess and still does not show anything. I have not updated Virtuemart to 1.1.4 because realize some changes and I do not remember very well: D and they do not want to lose. When I a set to No in Fix index.php in JoomSEF this error fix it, but /home don't works.
