I wish to have all links in SEO format.

What version of Joomla, JoomSEF and JoomFish do you use?
Please, make sure that "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Use Apache mod_rewrite" options are enabled in Global configuration, in JoomSEF configuration the JoomSEF is enabled and "Disable creation of new SEF URLs" option is set to "No" and in Plugin Manager the "System - ARTIO JoomSEF" plugin is enabled and "System - Jfrouter" plugin is disabled.
