i have installed joomsef 3.3.3.
Then I bought and installed joomsef extension for estate agent improved.

Click here : www.investirebrasil.com/it/immobili-e-terreni

You can see estate agent category.
When I click "Appartamenti in affitto" or "Ville in vendita" I cannot
enter in those categories where there are items.
Remains on the same page
But Url rewrite seems correct.

For example :

www.investirebrasil.com/index.php?option...g=it&task=showEO (OK)

Rewrite by joomsef+estate agent extension to:

www.investirebrasil.com/it/immobili-e-te...illa-porto-das-dunas

(NOT FUNCTION. The url rewrite in url bar is ok but remains on the same category page. I cannot see object "Villa porto das dunas". Always remains on "immobili e terreni".)

Example 2:

www.investirebrasil.com/index.php?option...g=it&task=showCE (OK)

With joomla integraded seo system is ok.

Can you plz uninstall JoomFish, Purge URLs then check it again.

I uninstalled joomfish without purge URLs and now seems ok.
But I need that joomfish works because I need a multilanguage site.
Have you found the problem?
