I have a problem with the ext_joomsef32_hwdvideoshare I have buy this extension but it doesn't work for me :-(

the problem is I want to create menu links (link to single video category) but the link is always the same link it will be always linked to the first menu item category

and the links looks like so:
(http)://testsite/einfach/basteln-handarbeit/gotocategory

the link schould be

(http)://localhost/einfach/lernvideos/basteln-handarbeit/

lernvideos is the video homepage alias

and the menu link basteln-handabeit looks so

Basteln & Handarbeit

and I have taste to create Non-ascii char replacements

&|und; but it doesn't work too




can you help me? I hope I have declare my problem correct :-)

my component versions are:

hwdVideoShare 2.1.3 Build 21301 Alpha [ Plimmerton ] nightly build from 24.08.09
Artio Joomsef 3.3.3 free
Joomla 1.5.14

your problem could be caused by some incompatibility between current hwdvideoshare version and our JoomSEF extension. Please, try some older version of hwdvideoshare. Meanwhile we will work on upgrade.

thanks for your answer the problem is that I must use the nightly build because is another structure as the old
hwdMediaShare 2009-06-15 [ Georgi ]

and on my site I have this one in action :-)

i have test it now with the hwdVideoShare 2.1.2 Build 21202 Alpha [ Shannon ]

in this version it does exists the menu item single video category :(

if you tried hwdVideoShare 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 on the same Joomla installation, did you uninstall 2.1.2 version first?

There is newer version of JoomSEF available. Please, try it.

yes I have unsinstalled the hwdvideoshare 2.12 before I have installed the version 2.13

I have installed the new jomsef 3.3.4 version too but the problem is the same.

I have test it on a complete new local installation too because I want to exclude that the problem comes from my other installation but it's the same
