I think the problem is the plugin and its interaction with Joomfish content localization table.

The index page is displayed correctly. If I switch to English content, the right-hand column and a picture will not be displayed. In the navigation of the English page is part of the link text of the German sub-pages displayed and clicking on it will be forwarded to the German sub-pages, although in the status bar of my browser will display the English sub-pages.
