I have a problem installing the SMF Bridge (payed version) : it doesn't support Joomla SMF 20.RC3 ?

I have the following error message :
Your SMF Bridge version does not match 1.1 RC3. Did NOT apply needed patch.
SMF Bridge patch installation FAILED. This extension may not work properly!
Please reinstall this SEF extension AFTER installing SMF Bridge component (version 1.1 RC3).
If you wish to patch manually, unzip the installation package file and use "smf.patched.php" file to overwrite "smf.php" in "/components/com_smf".This version supports SMF Bridge 1.1 RC3 only! Patch other versions than 1.1 RC3 on your own risk.

My configuration :
Your Joomla version is: 1.0.11
Your SMF version is: 1.1
Your Joomla-SMF version: 2.0 RC3
Latest Joomla-SMF version: 2.0RC3

I think it is SMF version that causes problem and not the bridge.

if I get it right, you use the Joomla-SMF Forum 2.0 RC3 from JoomlaHacks. Our SMF extension is intended for SMF 1.1 Joomla Bridge 1.1 RC3 only. You can obtain it from www.simplemachines.org.

David, there is no SMF 1.1 Joomla Bridge 1.1 RC3 there never has been one, the bridge version is 1.1.6, I think ArtioSEF checks for SMF 1.1RC3 but Olivier is using SMF 1.1 which was released recently.

I'm sorry, SimpleMachines.org does really say 1.1.6.
The fact is, you need the bridge component from http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?bridges, nothing else, Olivier said he was using Joomla SMF 2.0.
JoomSEF does not care about which version of SMF you use, the only thing important for JoomSEF is your SMF bridge component you install in Joomla.
