I see that there's not much interest from Artio is picking up these issues and queries. I purchased an ad-free version of JoomSEF yesterday, my own fault I should have tested it first. I'm very reluctant to pay for support if it's only to find out that this is not suitable for my needs. If I do know it's suitable then I don't mind paying. Bit of a Catch 22 ??

Same URL being created several times over
I'm getting the same URLs appearing up to 3 times, and each of those items appears only once in my site, via one menu item only. Is this a problem ? Well nowhere does it tell me how this JoomSEF actually works. Do the three variations of the same URL actually get crawled ? If not then it's not a problem, just a messy administration and something which can be cured at the front end by a mod_rewrite.

Meta and Title Tags not working
I can't get the meta and title tags to work. I see there's a note saying something about the JoomSEF Mambot. Ok, nothing in your documentation or your website about this and couldn't find anything by searching for it either. Great.

If I pay $30 for something I at least expect to get some better, more in-depth documentation. At least I could figure it out for myself then instead of being forced to buy your support ??

Dear Nina,

we try to update and enhance the documentation continuously and will continue to do so. Anyway, thanks for hints what is still missing there, we will try to fix this with a new release.
