Hi all, the solution for this issue:

Torn OFF LINE the site, clear all Chaces and delete all the Artio SEF url.
Go to Components / ARTIO JoomSEF and click on the Mosets Tree plugin and set the fallowing settings:

Ignore multiple sources: Use global config
Itemid handling: Use global config
Add 'viewlink' to links: NO
Add menu title to URL: NO
Add categories to URL: All Categories

SAVE - Turn on line the site and its worked for me!
