Hello everyone,
I just installed JoomSEF and I immediately started to declare some SEF URLs, but I expected that the old menu links now refer to the new SEF urls, or at least, typing directly the new urls in the browser, be redirected to the corresponding pages, but nothing, page not found .

I attach 2 screenshots of the SEF urls manager, in the first you can see a "normal" page url's redefinition and the redefinition of the main page of the component Virtuemart (I already know that this component needs a specific extension so i'm not surprised if the redefinition doesn't work). In the second screen shot you can see an url details page





I'm forgetting something? any suggestions?

Are this symptoms only on URL's created yourself or on whole site? If it's on whole site have you .htaccess file in your Joomla root?
