I have installed JReviews , a component to rate content in Joomla and there are a problem whith all internal links (anchors)

This kind of links defined in the source file works fine href="{ITEM_READREVIEWS_URL}"
But not this href="#user_reviews"

Any help?

I did install the paid JReviews extensions today and I tried to follow the setup instructions.
But still the JReviews browsers [mod_jreviews_reviews and click2search] on my homepage aren't responding.
Could you please let me know where to go to make sure all links using SEO URLs + anchors or poiting to resources are absolute, not relative?
What else can I try to get this extension to work on JReviews tags?
