Hm, it seems the database does not work as expected. Try purging the URLs and cleaning JoomSEF's cache, so the links can be recreated, to see if they will get saved to database or there will be errors again.
Also, the 3.0.2 version is not supported anymore, since we already offer the Joomla 1.5 Native compatible version, so there is a chance that it is not compatible with the current version of JoomFish - it uses its own router, so maybe it interferes with JoomSEF.

Yes, now work better i have delete the cache on joomla for all language and rebuil the SEf url but the 404page problem is not solved.
I use JoomSef v3.2.1, PHP 4.4.8 , Webserver Apache and Joomla 1,57

I think that the proble is in the .htaccess now, how can i fixe it? sie the code below!

This doesn't look as the .htaccess problem. Try disabling the JoomFish's router in Plugins.
