This used to work and I have no idea why it suddenly stopped, but I can't change urls. I get this error message:

I've tried several times to no avail. I updated to the latest version. That didn't help either. We are in Joomla 1.5.15. Like I said, it suddenly stopped working and I can't think of any new extensions or changes made to the site other than a new page.

it seems like your database structure is not compatible with the current version.

Maybe there was some problem during update. Make sure to have the DB table in the same structure as required by your installed version.
You will find the DB table specification in the .xml file in the installation package.

(or reinstall completely, incl. deleting the existing JoomSEF-related tables in DB)
