We're investigating this problem, but we need more information - please, specify what version of PHP you use, if it runs as CGI or not and what version of JoomSEF and Joomla you have installed.

I got a similar error:

I'm using Joomla 1.5 in legacy. I purchased and installed joomsef 3.2 but in trying to install joomself31 virtuemart, which I also purchased, I run into the error. We use php5 and our site does use cgi.
