Hi,

I just installed JoomSEF after following instructions on how to remove SH404sef and couldn't open my website. I got this error message: Requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. However the folder it refers to is com_jcs.

When I uninstall JoomSEF and reinstall sh404sef, all goes back to normal and I can access my site once more without the error message appearing.

I am, as they say technically challenged I really don't understand what I am to do even after reading other posts here. Would someone please be able to explain what this means and why it happens and step by step instructions to rectify this as I don't have a lot to do with the backend of my websites. I have three sites to change over from sh404sef to joomSEF.

Would really appreciate some help with this
