Was wandering if somebody can help me out with this pesky problem.

I have this link

www.thehdgeek.com/viewarticle.php?id=1

that i need to redirect to

www.thehdgeek.com/info/introduction-to-hdtv

no matter what combo i try i cant get the 301 redirect going. What should be the proper 301 setup?

In order to correctly redirect URLs with non-SEF variables (?id=1) you need to use the SEF URL Aliases feature. Open Manage SEF URLs page, edit the "info/introduction-to-hdtv" URL, and set "viewarticle.php?id=1" as its alias.
