I tried to upgrade the extensions and it says ,

Your upgrading license has expired. You can renew it by making a new order. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server.


Also when i try to access the module it says,

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14409410 bytes) in /home/discount/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/html.php on line 389

please help me solve these problems...

Just paid again for free upgrades for a year and still error in module...joomsef..

This means that you will probably need to increase PHP memory limit allowed on your server. You can either contact your server hosting provider or you could try adding the following line to your .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 128M
