Hello,

It seems like two htaccesses in one, however I don't think that would cause this problem. However, just to be sure, try using only this part:

Hello,

I have same problem, but may I can help you.

Go to..

Components/JoomSEF / Control Panel / Manage Extensions /

..now look the "ACTIVE HANDLER" tab, and try to change from "JoomSEF extension to Default Joomla Router". Here you can disable only the problematic part of JoomSEF. Voala!

Maybe this is not the ANSVER, but it works.
