I recently installed the newest Kunena 2.0.2 on our Joomla 1.5.26 site: beautyontrial.co.uk/
Because there were a few issues with ArtioSEF blocking the Kunena menus, I set up Kunena on the Default Joomla! router as a temporary measure.
Is there a new version of the ArtioSEF Kunena Forum plugin to be released soon (higher than 2.1.8)?
Or can I fix these issues by changing the settings of the plugin?

I've just tested a fresh installation of Joomla 1.5.26, Kunena 2.0.2, JoomSEF 3.9.8 and Kunena JoomSEF extension 2.1.8 and it's working fine.
What exactly happens when you click the forum link in your menu? Try checking if there are any duplicates created for the Kunena menu item URL in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and if there are, try setting one at a time as Active.

I tried to recreate the Kunena menu using this tutorial:

But I still have the same issues when using the Artio Kunena plugin:
Only the Recent Topics, No Replies and Help menus and tabs will redirect properly.
The other menus will displayed the following error message when selected:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Have you checked if there are duplicate SEF URLs created for your Kunena menu items in JoomSEF's URLs Manager?

How/Where to list all the Kunena URLs duplicates?
I also noticed that there are 100 of Kunena URLs stored in the trash menu.
Is it safe to delete them all?

If you haven't set any custom options for the trashed URLs (like custom meta tags), it's safe to delete them. They will be recreated automatically if requested.

You can either display all the duplicates on the Duplicates tab of JoomSEF's URLs Manager and setting the Component filter to Kunena forum. Or you can just search for the non-working SEF URL on the All SEF URLs tab and see if there are more than one records for the same SEF URL.
