I successfully disabled the category from showing up in my url, but my main menu item text is not displaying on every item.

For ex, I got the main menu item text to be part of the url like I want, here:

www.agelessforever.net/weight-loss/perso...weight-loss-programs

www.agelessforever.net/faq/ask-dr-pierce

But not here:

www.agelessforever.net/mission-statement/mission-statement

These ones should be:

www.agelessforever.net/about/mission-statement

There's probably an incorrect Itemid stored in the SEF URL for some reason. First open the Menu Manager in Joomla and find the ID of your About menu item. Then navigate to JoomSEF's URLs Manager and search for the "mission-statement/mission-statement" SEF URL. Edit it and fix its Itemid to correspond to your About menu item ID. After saving this URL, you will need to select it and use the Update function from the toolbar's select box.
