Hi, for some reason the following happens.

I have a url of www.cosmeticsos.com/register-your-clinic-for-free and that works fine.

However if you go to my home page and click on "add your clinic " menu then register your clinic for free, it brings back a 404 page.

any ideas whats going wrong? it was working then just stopped.

I don't see a "register your clinic for free" option under the "add your clinic" menu.
However the problem may be caused by some duplicate SEF URL being generated. What's the URL displayed in your web browser's address bar when the 404 page is displayed?
