How exactly did you set up the subdomain1 and sub2? Could you post a screenshot?

I'm sorry, but currently we don't have any ETA for next version.

I have set up both subs in the configuration. Initially the subdomain was configured and tested. After a while I've made the sub2 and saw that sub1 dissapeared.

As I have the subscription for JoomSEF 4, please move this thread to JoomSEf 4/ Customer Support.

I have tried today to create several subdomains, but when I set up the 4th, one of the previous subs is deleted.

Thank you, we've confirmed this behaviour as a bug in JoomSEF, it will also be fixed in next version.

Hello,

I have upgraded to the new version and subdomains are working. Thank you.

But still remains the issue about HOME link. Home should direct to domain.com not to subdomain.domain.com.
