I am working with Reappend source (Itemid) - that the site would work properly (modules in correct position, etc.).
But: In the sitemap alle the links are without the item-ID. So Google indexed some URL's without the ItemID - and so the site is not correct (missing modules, etc.)

How I can handle this? This is very important.

Hi,
Unfortunately because of the way our Sitemap functionality works, it cannot handle such case, because it's generated from the SEF URLs stored in database, and since you reappend Itemid as non-SEF variable, there's no Itemid associated to URLs in the database.
We'll try to think about the solution, but I don't think it will be possible with the way JoomSEF works with this configuration. You should probably consider using some 3rd party component for sitemap generation like Xmap.
