Hello, we purchased JoomSEF a few days ago, downloaded and added the registration key in our configuration for updates. However, the site still shows Joomla SEF URLs by Artio at teh bottom of pages and the control panel still tells us that we need to buy a copy.

At first, we installed the free version, then right away we bought JoomSEF, and reinstalled it with the paid version.
We have spent alot of time, making sure the URLs are set up correctly, however our extension still thinks we have a free version.

Can someone at ARTIO, check into our status with JOOMSEO and activate our site, or registration key.

We are using Joomla 3.2, on www.techinvestorreport.com

Hello,

probably you used free version before the purchase, so now you need to click "Online migrate to paid version" button on the Upgrade page of JoomSEF.
