I have the following problem with the root url. www.joomlage.com.

In joomsef Manage Sef Urls I have added a
Title - Joomla Templates - Professional templates for joomla sites
Metadescription - Joomla Template club. access 40 plus beautiful template designs today
Meta Keywords - joomla, Joomla, template, Template, templates, Templates

url to root is for the following url www.joomlage.com/index.php?option=com_co...d=2&view=article

Why is it not showing properly in Google search?
It shows as follows
Joomlage
www.joomlage.com/‎
Commercial templates with demos and support forum.

In Configuration - Titles and Meta Tags
Enable Meta Tags Management is - YES
Prefer JoomSEF titles: - YES
Meta-keywords preference: - Prefer Joomsef
Meta-description preference: - Prefer Joomsef

In Meta Tags Manager all other Meta Tags created are working properly. The problem is just the root Meta Description and Title. Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

First of all check your home page's source code to see if meta tags are generated, because it may take Google even a few weeks to update the information.
If the meta tags are not generated in source code, try clearing Joomla's and JoomSEF's caches.

Cache was cleared.

When viewing source code with firebug this is what shows for description and title. Cant understand why Google is showing results as below.

<title>Joomla Templates - Professional templates for joomla sites</title>


Resutl displayed in Google is
Joomlage
www.joomlage.com/‎
Commercial templates with demos and support forum.


Is there some setting I am missing?
