I am currently getting emails telling me that my renewal period will expire on 1/15 for JoomSEF 3. However, I upgraded to JoomSEF 4 in September 2011 and so I was expecting a renewal notice for JoomSEF 4 in August/September 2012. Is this a problem in your system?

I somehow feel that I shouldn't be forced to ask these kind of questions in your forum, but you don't provide any direct email addresses on your web page.

Please advise if I need to do anything.

Hi,
If you purchase JoomSEF 4 upgrade, your original JoomSEF 3 license remains valid, but it is not prolonged. So your JoomSEF 3 license will expire on 15th January and your JoomSEF 4 license will expire on 9th September and you are notified about both of them.
