Hi,

For some reason my joomsef is saying that some of the features are in the paid version (which I have). Also the banner is showing up on the page.

I have not done an upgrade recently and I also confirmed that the download id and everything is filled out in there.

I followed the FAQ entry to download and update and that did not help at all.

Any help to get this fixed quickly would be helpful.

Hi,
I'm not sure how your problem could happen, but there's a simple solution - open the Upgrade page in JoomSEF and click the Online Migrate to Paid Version button.
If you don't use current version of JoomSEF and don't want to update, you should be able to just reinstall your downloaded paid ZIP package over your existing JoomSEF.

Of course you should always backup your website before updating/reinstalling any component.
