I don't know what else could be the problem. So far we haven't encountered such problem with FaLang. Please double check the following configuration:
1. System - Language Filter plugin is disabled
2. System - FaLang Database Driver is enabled and is ordered AFTER System - ARTIO JoomSEF
3. System - ARTIO JoomSEF is enabled and is ordered BEFORE System - FaLang Database Driver
4. In JoomSEF's Configuration on the Language tab the JoomSEF Language Management is enabled and other settings are set as you want them
5. Make sure you delete already created SEF URLs and clear Joomla and JoomSEF caches, so the URLs can be created with correct configuration

Please let me know if it still doesn't work or if you find what's causing a problem with FaLang developer.

don't know what I did in a different way from the last time. It's working now.
Mabe it depends on turning caching tool on before procedure of joomSEF/FaLang activation or afterwards? To have an answer to this question.

Hi guys, I have a similar problem, but could not resolve it yet, I have been trying the hints in this thread and experimented for 2 days now. Purged cache, re-ordered plugins, etc.

My English URLs are fine:
en/about-andanza
My German URLs not:
de/unternehmen/ueber-andanza-international
The system adds the Menu-Item ("Unternehmen") to the URL, but it shouldn't.

Do you have any solution for that?

I still couldn't solve it. I attached another screenshot: I explicitly disabled Menu-Items in the URL, but they still show up. Maybe there's a bug in the FaLang SEF Extension?

If the links are pointing to Joomla articles, you should set the options for URLs generation in the Content SEF extension. There you should probably disable adding the categories, and also adding the menu titles.

I had that already, you can see it on the english URLs - they are fine.
Only the german ones are incorrect. I also contacted Stephane from FaLang, he thinks the issue lies with JoomSef ignoring the configuration in Joomsef > manage Extension > Falang > Add Menu Title to URL=No
Any other ideas? Are the plugins in the correct order?
