So I'm trying the figure out the mistery of this component. First of all why is not showing up in the url the child of the menu items title. The generated url is jumping out this issue and instead is showing me the
last child menu items menu title. Second problem where I can switch of for content to not show me the articles titles in the url.

JoomSEF doesn't create URLs from the menu structure, but from the component the menu links to. By default, only the last menu title is added as the first part in the URL. So for example if you have menu item linking to some article, the URL won't be created using the menu items structure, but using the categories structure for the article.
You can customize URLs for each component usign the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF. After every change, you need to delete the already created URLs using Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF and clear Joomla and JoomSEF caches for changes to take effect.
