cleared both caches but still no joy. In the end I have remedied the problem by removing the SEF urls for those pages only which is a bit of a fudge fix-up. Must admit I'm a bit disappointed that you didn't offer to help out for free seeing as I have paid for your product plus have used it on numerous sites I have previously built.
