Disable the System - Jfrouter plugin in Joomla and set JoomFish parameters in JoomSEF's Configuration on the JoomFish tab.

I did what you say, is there any reason why still doesn't work, or what should I do, or even would you do that for me?

What exactly doesn't work? Please post some examples of URLs (what they look like, what they should look like) and any errors reported.
What versions of Joomla, JoomSEF and JoomFish do you use?
