Hi.

I have latest joomsef installed (4.4.0) and latest k2 extention installed (3.0.13)
My k2 version is 2.5.7. I didn't have the chance to upgrade yet.
My joomla version is latest (Joomla! 2.5.9)

The problem I'm facing is that when I create a new k2 item from frontend, item id is not saved for the url.
When I do it from backend item id is created fine.
This is a major problem as all k2 items are connected now to the home button (as no item id is present)

For your information,

if I delete the sef url created (without item id) from backend and let it be recreated it is created correctly.
So the problem is clearly when saving from frond end.

I solved the problem myself (I hope it does not appear again) but I wonder what is the purpose of this forum...
4 Days and no answer. I like joomsef but I feel on my own in terms of support.
